Feeling Good Podcast

Here is a link to a podcast by Dr David Burns, introducing the basic principle of cognitive therapy, that you can change the way you are feeling by changing the way you are thinking, describing a number of cognitive distortions and giving an example from his own experience of how he addressed his own cognitive distortions on a particular occasion.
